Hey Jen,
Be careful. It appears BW is threatening to file suit to a couple of websites if they don't take down their comment page. We have lost the Tulsa World blog and now the News on 6 blog. If he checks this blog, he may threaten you.
Hope this isn't the case.
Yes, that's a great idea... Bob should draw more attention to himself! One more small smart step in the wrong direction...
Just checked the News on 6 blog and it is still working, maybe everyone has gotten their frustrations out in the open. The commentor "helper" has calmed the content/tone of the comments to a minimum.
Now it's time to move forward with the pay_us_bob@yahoo.com information gathering site.

How come we have not seen a weekly update from Mr. B on the progress of collections? Just last Tuesday (09/02) he indicated great progress had been made and even more progress would be made during that week. My understanding is we should be getting close to reaching our milestone with BOK. I have been checking my account daily to see if my check has magicly appeared again but have not seen anything yet. Oh I just remembered why I have not seen anything......because neither BSW nor BOK has any intentions of ever paying me! Everyone needs to get onboard with the latest initiative, it is only chance in hell we have of ever seeing another dollar. Stop being so scared of BW and standup for what is rightfully yours. Send your contact information so you can collect what is yours and get on with the remainder of your life.
I was wondering if anyone on here could confirm a rumor I have heard? I was told everyone who banked at BOK had their funds re-deposited into their accounts permanently. I have spoken to one individual who banks at BOK that this happen to and his money is still there. Just curious.
The Irvine office employees were paid. That is a fact. As far as BOK you could have went up there to sign a form and they would have given the money back to you until BSW/BW explain why the money was issued in error. I moved mine from my checking the second they deposited it and still have all but my deposit that was put into my savings. They could only take it if it was there. I took it out but forgot about my savings so at least I'm not out the entire amount.

We recieved a bunch more last night and are somewhere around 50 percent. Do not get scared. It isn't against the law to want the money you earned. Right now we are only collecting information.
Does anyone know how many people totally haven't been paid?
