Bankruptcy is the only way you can be certain the ALL of the assets have been liquidated in an attempt to satisfy ALL of the liabilities since the decisions are made by a bankruptcy judge. The judge will also examine any suspicious transfers of assets in anticipation of this event. I will let you know what I discover from talking to my attorney.
